Welcome to Texas Dreams Team! So many questions and so little space for answers. You may be wondering what to expect from a team program - or if you and Texas Dreams will fit together as a competitive unit. We hope these few Team pages will give you a little idea of what our program looks like, believes in and how you might fit into our Team Familiy.
Team, for the TDG athlete begins as early as age 3, in our "AM Pawesomes" workouts, and continues through high school (and beyond if your athlete chooses). Team can be as time consuming as 30+ hours per week, or as flexible as a 5 hour per week workout. Team gymnastics at Texas Dreams can be as competitive or laid back as your family and lifestyle dictates, and we compete in both the USA-Gymnastics program and the Texas Amateur Athleteic Federation (through level 6).
At Texas Dreams Gymnastics, we will meet your athlete where they "are", and give them every opportunity, through systematic coaching, to rise to where they dream to be.
